Appendix Carry Pillows aid in comfort and concealment of AIWB carry set ups

The Mega pillow is our largest size pillow. It’s huge. After years of request for a pillow that was bigger than a King Size, here it is.

The larger footprint lends itself well for use with ‘sidecar’ style and WML (light bearing) holsters, especially those for full size lights like X300s, TLR1s, or similar. This pillow is BIG so we only recommend using it if you wish your King Size was larger or you’re one of those guys that has to have the biggest of whatever.

Like all our pillows, the Mega features adjustable fill. The end user can easily adjust the amount of fill in the pillow thanks to an open-top design that is closed with specialized hook and loop tape.

Ships with our high-performance synthetic poly fill material.

Comes with sewn-on hook backing and with adhesive backed loop to attach to holster body. Unlike our other pillows the Mega comes with two strips of loop to aid in positioning of the larger Mega footprint.

Red hook covers are provided to keep the hook-and-loop hem clean when filling adjusting fill level. Use them like a funnel to help get the fill in and keep the hook and loop clean. A marker, pen, or similar is helpful in getting the fill down to the bottom of the pillow.

Due to dye-lot variations pillow fabric may be darker than it appears in images.
