Returns & Warranty
Mastermind Tactics will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice for a period of 14 days. Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item to Mastermind Tactics. To receive a return authorization, please write to the below email address with the subject "Return". Please include your invoice number in the body of the e-mail.
Merchandise must be returned to us in new and unused condition, belts must have tags attached to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. If products are not returned in new and unused condition the product will be returned to you and no refund will be given. Postage will only be refunded on products returned due to defects.
Mastermind Tactics reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at the sole discretion of Mastermind Tactics.
What’s covered: All Mastermind Tactics holsters and belts come with a one year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, material degradation due to normal use, or products that have suffered abuse, neglect, or modification. How long the warranty lasts: The limited warranty covers holsters and belts for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original owner. What we do: Products determined to be defective will either be replaced or repaired at no cost to you, if a defective product is no longer available it will be replaced with the most suitable alternative of the same value. Mastermind Tactics, LLC, in its sole discretion, will determine if a product is defective and as such covered under the limited warranty. Please include a brief description of the problem you are experiencing in the body of the e-mail, proof of purchase may be required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state
