Belt Instructions

Getting the most out of your belt:

Belt care and maintenance:

Mastermind Tactics belts are made from high performance materials, are easy to care for, and require little maintenance.

If your belt features a hook-and-loop closure make sure to periodically inspect the hook-and-loop sections for wear and remove any debris that may be present. Keep in mind that hook-and-loop has a useable lifespan and will eventually wear out; keeping your hook-and-loop closures clean will help prolong their lifespan.

If your belt becomes saturated with water it should be allowed to completely dry out before being used again (if the situation allows).

OUR BELTS ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR USE AS CONCEALED CARRY BELTS.  OUR BELTS ARE NOT DESIGNED, INTENDED, OR RATED TO BE USED AS LOAD-BEARING SAFETY PRODUCTS, HARNESSES, OR TOWING STRAPS.

Best Practices:

Specialist and Helix belts feature low-profile buckles that work in conjunction with the hook-and-loop closure to provide retention. It is important to always thread the tail through the buckles as pictured below:

Partition:

The low-profile friction bar buckle on the Partition makes adjusting your belt a breeze and provides a level of strength far beyond what is required for a concealed carry belt. Since the Partition does not have a hook-and-loop closure the tail must always be threaded through the buckle as pictured below:

Parameter:

The Parameter belt features a Cobra buckle which provides and exceptional level of security and strength. Since the Parameter does not have a hook-and-loop closure the tail must always be threaded through the buckle as pictured below:

There are two ways that the tail can be threaded through the buckle:

Option one:

1.       Leave the buckle mated together and thread the tail end through your belt loops

2.       Pull the tail section through the underside of the friction bar

3.       Push the end of the tail over the friction bar and under the frame of the buckle

4.       With the tail threaded through the buckle adjust to the desired length

Option two:

1.       Leave the buckle mated together and thread the tail end through your belt loops

2.       Remove the buckle end with the friction bar by depressing the two tabs in the center of the buckle

3.       With the friction bar end of the buckle in your hands, thread the tail through in the same manner as Option one

4.       Take the buckle end that is in your hand and reattach it to the other end of the buckle on the belt

5.       With the tail threaded through the buckle adjust to the desired length
