Can I modify or cancel my order?

No.

Due to the speed at which orders are processed orders generally cannot be modified or canceled after being placed. It is important to review your order before purchase to ensure that it is correct.


How do you ship your goods?

We offer flat rate shipping on all US orders. Most orders are shipped via USPS in 1-3 business days.


I am located outside of the US, can I order Mastermind goods?

Yes! We ship to many international locations. To begin you will need to change the shipping country from USA and select your country from the drop down menu in the ‘shipping window’ at checkout. If your country is not listed in our international shipping location drop down menu at checkout please contact us at the email address below.

How are your goods manufactured?

All Mastermind goods are proudly handcrafted in the USA from the highest quality materials.


How do I know my Mastermind goods are authentic?

Mastermind goods are only available for purchase through our website; we do not sell to other retailers, brick and mortar stores, or online shops. The only place to purchase genuine Mastermind goods is by ordering directly from us.


Do you have a wholesale program for stores and dealers?

No. Mastermind does not have a wholesale program.


Do you offer custom work?

No we do not accept orders for custom or one-off work with the exception of non-listed belt sizes (We can happily make any non-listed belt size up to size 60) and for select government/agency sales. If you have questions about non-listed belt sizes or government/agency orders please inquire by using the below email address.

Can a Professional Discount or other promotion be applied to a previous order?

No. Professional Discounts and other promotions or offers cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts offers or promotions of any kind must be used when placing an order.

Do I have to pay for return postage on an exchange or return?

Return postage for a return or exchange will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, if the product is being exchanged we will provide complimentary shipment of your replacement item back to you (one-time domestic shipments only). Original Postage will only be refunded on products returned due to defects.


Can I wash an ACP and if yes how?

Yes. For the pillow wedges/pads we recommend hand washing in a mild detergent and line/air drying (do not put in dryer). If you need to machine wash your pillow, put it in a garment bag, pillowcase or the like as the hook material can and will damage other items in the washer.

For adjustable pillows follow the above steps however we recommend taking the fill out prior to washing, the fill and pillow can be washed together if preferred. For all pillows it is important to allow them to dry completely prior to use.
